Terms and conditions of the Lipno lending office 

1. Customer is allowed to use the summer and winter equipment and accessories of the lending office if this taking was confirmed by the signature on the receipt.
2. The conditions for the contract are to pay for an agreed stay, to submit at least one proof of identity as an identity card, driving licence or passport and to pay a refundable deposit according to the official pricelist of the lending office.
3. Customer claims that he or she is familiar with the pricelist and accepts it.
4. The deposit can be paid only in cash.
5. The rental is due before the taking equipment.
6. Customer is obligatory to return the equipment used at the time of its previously taking, in an agreed time and in a reasonable worn condition which corresponds to the proper use for the time and reason using.
7. Customer is required to pay an extra charge for the stay over according to the pricelist and time of extra staying if he or she doesn´t  keep the deadline of using.
8. In case of early return of equipment, the customer is not justified to get any money back.
9. The operator is justified to require client´s proof of identity.
10. Customer is aware of being fully responsible for the equipment used.
11. Customer is obligatory not to harm or steal any equipment and not to let anybody to harm or steal it.
12. In case of theft or loss the customer is obligatory to pay damages or reparations in case of partial damage according to the price list of servicing.
13. In case of a complete destruction of the equipment or its part, the customer is obligatory to pay fully for the whole equipment or its unusable parts of residual values.
14. The contract is valid from the day of taking equipment by the customer.
15. After returning of an undamaged equipment, the customer will get the deposit back.
16. The operator reserves the right to change these terms and conditions.
